Poul Andersen
is chairman of the Board in MIB. Poul owns P.A. Business Development, a company working with development of companies in the B2B market. Paul has more than 20 years of experience in building up companies and has in the last 10 years managed ERP companies, where he has achieved growth- and earning rates far above branch average. Paul advices and sparres with MIB in matters of development of the company as well as sales.
Bo Heegaard Hansen
is partner in MIB and CEO of the company. Bo has 25 years of experience in IT from employment in several large consultancy companies. Over the last few years, Bo has had a career as Business Manager for SAP NetWeaver in IBM Denmark and as Operations Manager for the SAP NetWeaver group in the SAP consultancy company, R5. Along with internal managerial tasks, Bo also works as a Project Manager.

Jan Bronée
is partner in MIB. Jan has since graduation as engineer in 1988 worked with IT. For the last 13 years, Jan has worked with SAP and has participated in numerous SAP implementation, maintenance and upgrade projects. Jan roles have included architect, advisor, technical consultant and people management. Bjarne Hansen
is partner in MIB and IT architect by profession. Bjarne has through several years with CSC worked as Lead Architect on a number of the very large and complex IT implementations in Denmark. Later he was with IBM, where he has worked with both architecture and practical development of integration scenarios based on SAP NetWeaver PI, Microsoft BizTalk and others.

Erik Svennevig
is partner in MIB. Erik is a Portal Architect with focus on SAP NetWeaver Portal and Microsoft SharePoint. Since the SAP Portal was introduced in 2001, Erik has worked dedicated with this product in various roles spanning design and development of portal applications and having architectural and project management responsibility for wall-to-wall implementations of SAP Portal. Erik has worked for IBM, R5, T-Systems, CSC and ISS.

Christian Veng
is partner in MIB. With a background from Lundbeck, Christian has during the last 10 years been involved in numerous SAP implementations, most often as technical team lead or project manager for the transversal tracks in SAP implementations projects. Prior to Men in Blue, Christian has worked for Deloitte and IBM where he, besides being Project Manager in implementation projects, has made audits of and consulted clients regarding the implementation, operations and support of SAP – including outsourcing of these areas.

Henrik Orla Nielsen
is Sales Director in MIB. Henrik Orla has more than 20 years experience in sales and implementation of ERP, CRM, BI, Portals and infrastructure. From 1997-2005, Henrik Orla was Global Account Director in Large Enterprise Accounts at SAP Danmark, customers included LEGO, VELUX, Lemvigh-Müller, Chr. Hansen, ALK-Abelló, Louis Poulsen, AarhusKarlshamns a.o. Since then Henrik Orla have worked with sales and implementation of (typically SAP and Microsoft related) projects and services in a.o. R5 og IBM.
